So far behind

I am so far behind with my posts! I have simply had a lot going on this summer. Hey, isn't summer supposed to be relaxing!!?

Before I forget, let me share two little funny quotes from my kids. (I should have been writing down Dylan and Caity's comments during the last month. I could fill a page with funny quotes.)

I brought home a bucket of sea shells that I have had in my classroom since the last time we went to Florida. I thought the kids might have fun with them before we go to the beach. Dylan found a sand dollar. He asked if he should go put it in his piggy bank. (LOL!)

Caity was playing with Buzz and Woody figures from Toy Story. Caity was doing the voices for each of the characters. At one point Buzz told Woody, "You are getting on my nervous." (LOL!)

I also love when the kids start sentences with "Well, actually..." It is too funny when I hear little things I say coming from them! They also say...
Hey, I have a great idea!
Caity loves to use the word beautiful. The other night we walked out and she said, "Wow, what a beautiful night." (It was 98 degrees! ) She also got quite excited over a "beautiful" red door she saw on a house.

Dylan tried to explain to family in West Virginia and Ohio that he was not big yet because Mommy wasn't giving him enough vegetables.
