A Little Girl and Her Blankie

Caity adores her white blankie (a.k.a. Stinky). When Caity was anxious about me leaving the room when she was under a year old, the doctor suggested introducing a comfort item to help ease her anxiety. So, when we encouraged her to hug her blankie, we never realized what would follow. Caity loves her blankie, she wants her blankie, she needs her blankie! We try to limit blankie time to her bedroom, but some times she sneaks it out when you least expect it. Really I would not mind the blankie if Caity did not chew on it. I pray that some day we do not end up with major dental work all because of the blankie.
